Customization Process

1.After you place your order, we’ll confirm your order details within 12 hours.

2.Within 1-2 business days post-confirmation, we’ll create the custom design based on your uploaded photos, and confirm it with you via email until you’re satisfied.

3.Once the design is finalized, we’ll craft the jewelry. After completion, we’ll send photos of the finished piece to you via email for confirmation:

• If you’re satisfied, we’ll arrange shipment immediately;
• If not, you can request one free revision. If you’re still unsatisfied after revision, we’ll issue a full refund.
