This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.marisenne.com.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, inventory checks, promotional periods, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If a shipping method is not available for your address, checkout may not allow that shipping option.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, customs, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions. For U.S. customers, international delivery may generally take about 7 to 20 business days after shipment, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send a tracking number or shipment notification to the email used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping name, phone number, address, ZIP code, and country are correct before placing your order. Delays, returns, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the customer’s responsibility.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at service@marisenne.com with your order number and relevant photos or screenshots. We will help review the issue with the carrier where possible.
