This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.marisenne.com. Please read it before placing an order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To start a return, email service@marisenne.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags and accessories included. We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or are not in resalable condition.
- Final sale, clearance, customized, personalized, gift card, or digital items, if applicable.
- Returns requested after the return window, unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@marisenne.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, or refund.
Return Shipping
For returns that are not caused by our error or a product issue, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, or a confirmed product defect, we will provide a reasonable solution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us first to confirm availability. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
