Our Craftsmanship
Our Process
Every Orlari piece moves through a careful sequence of design, preparation, personalization, finishing, and inspection before it is packed for shipment.
Concept and Design
Each idea begins with a sketch. Proportion, scale, personalization space, material, and wearability are considered before the design moves into production.
Digital Preparation
When a design requires engraving, photo placement, custom lettering, or precise dimensions, it is prepared digitally so that the final result can be reviewed and produced consistently.
Forming and Cutting
Depending on the design, metal components are cast, formed, stamped, cut, or machined into their primary shape. Personalized parts are prepared according to the customer’s selected photo, name, date, message, or symbol.
Stone Setting and Assembly
Designs that include stones are set and checked individually. Chains, clasps, links, photo elements, and moving components are then assembled and tested for secure operation.
Engraving and Personalization
Photos, text, and other custom details are applied using the method specified on the product page. Clear source images and accurate personalization information help produce the best result.
Polishing and Cleaning
Each piece is finished according to its material and surface treatment. It is then cleaned carefully to remove production residue while preserving engraving, coatings, stones, carbon fiber, and personalized photo details.
Quality Inspection
Before packing, the piece is inspected for appearance, personalization accuracy, clasp function, assembly, and overall condition. It is then placed in its packaging and prepared for shipment.
