Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Orlari.
Order Processing
Personalized products are generally prepared for shipment within approximately 3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or when additional information is needed to complete your customization.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $39.90 USD or more. Any shipping charges that apply will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local carrier conditions. The estimated delivery window shown at checkout begins after the order has been processed and shipped.
Tracking
When your order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, Lost, or Delivered Parcels
Carrier delays can occur because of weather, customs, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will help investigate.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the building reception, and the local carrier before contacting us.
