These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through www.marisenne.com.

Prices and Currency

Product prices are shown at checkout. The store currency is U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change because of promotions, taxes, shipping fees, or system updates. The order total shown before you submit payment is the amount that applies to that order.

Taxes, Shipping, and Import Charges

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges. Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This means we received your order request. Orders remain subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, fraud review, and shipping eligibility.

Inventory and Availability

Inventory may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to arrange a substitute, wait for restock, or cancel and refund the unavailable item or order.

Payment

You agree to use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

After an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us and we will help review the issue where possible. Our Shipping Policy explains more about delivery estimates and carrier issues.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Some items may have return restrictions because of condition, hygiene, customization, or sale status, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information and for inspecting items after delivery. Costs caused by incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs clearance, or failure to pick up a package may be the customer’s responsibility.
